Misha Kahn was born in 1989 in Duluth, Minnesota. His work interplays design and sculpture conceptually and practically, from small organic shapes and exterior spaces to imaginary spaces in various mediums and scales. His working process is based on the classic mastery of casting, sculpting, welding, and textile combined with the artist’s original imagination.

미샤 칸은 1989년 미국 미네소타주의 덜루스(Duluth)에서 태어났다. 그의 작품은 디자인과 조소 사이를 개념과 실천적으로 가로지르며, 작은 유기체에서 주거 공간, 외부 공간, 가상의 공간에 이르기까지 다양한 매체와 규모로 탐구한다. 작업 과정은 주조, 조각, 용접 및 직물 제작에 작가의 상상력이 더해진 고유한 작업 방식의 혼합이다.
